Hi, I’m Justice! I’m a stylist at Posh Salon & Boutique, and I’m excited to be starting my journey here as I continue growing and building my craft behind the chair. I’ve always been drawn to the way hair can transform not just your look, but how you feel, and I’m passionate about creating results that help each guest feel confident and beautiful. I specialize in dimensional color and blonding, and I love the process of formulating and placing color in a way that creates brightness, depth, and a soft, lived-in finish. I’m constantly learning and staying inspired by new techniques and trends so I can continue bringing fresh, thoughtful approaches to every guest in my chair. Building genuine connections is a big part of what I love about this industry. I take the time to understand your hair goals, lifestyle, and how you like to wear your hair so your result feels personalized and easy to maintain. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout your entire experience. Outside of the salon, I enjoy reading, spending time with my dog, and staying inspired by other stylists and creative work I discover online. I also enjoy recommending the right at-home products—like thermal protectants and volume sprays—to help you maintain the health and longevity of your hair between visits. I’m so excited to grow here at Posh and to have you in my chair as I continue developing my skills and creating looks that feel uniquely you.
