Hi, I’m Alexus!

I’m a wife, mom of three girls, stylist, educator, and someone who wholeheartedly believes in the power of self-care. While I love creating beautiful hair, what I love even more is creating an experience where people can slow down, feel taken care of, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Originally from Grand Junction, I attended the Aveda Institute Denver before returning home to build the career I had always dreamed of. Through advanced education and years behind the chair, I discovered a passion for dimensional and lived-in color. I love creating hair that looks effortless, grows out beautifully, and complements the season of life you’re in. My philosophy is simple: your color should look just as intentional weeks later as it did the day you left the salon.

For more than eight years, Posh has been my second home. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into roles that I deeply love, including serving on our leadership team, leading our social media department, coaching our team on building authentic personal brands, and educating the next generation of stylists through our Masters Academy.

As a Level 7 Stylist, I work alongside a team of co-stylists who train under my guidance through our Masters Academy. Together, we combine collaboration, continued education, and a passion for exceptional guest care to create beautiful results and a luxury salon experience. From the thoughtful details to the personalized service, our goal is for every guest to feel cared for, confident, and completely at ease.
