Hi, I’m Kayla!

I am a Stylist, Educator, Bridal Coordinator, & Curl Specialist at Posh Salon & Boutique. My favorite part of this career isn’t just creating beautiful hair. It’s helping people understand it.

I want my clients to leave my chair knowing why we’re choosing a certain color, how to care for it at home, and feeling confident enough to recreate what we did together. Healthy hair has become such a passion of mine, and continuing my education with L’ANZA has completely changed the way I formulate, approach color, and care for the integrity of the hair.

That passion has naturally grown into mentoring too. I love teaching co-stylists, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping them build careers they’re proud of. Watching someone gain confidence behind the chair is every bit as rewarding as creating beautiful hair.

More than anything, I hope my chair feels like a place where you learn something, feel inspired, and know you’re genuinely cared for.
