We start by talking through your color history, current hair condition, inspiration photos, maintenance preferences, and long-term goals. This is where your stylist helps determine whether Color Retouch, All Over Color, Fashion Color, or another consultation-based color plan is the best fit.
Before your color service begins, your stylist will review the service plan, timing, product needs, and investment with you. Product costs may vary depending on hair length, density, and color goals, so we make sure you understand the full picture before we get started.
Your stylist will apply your color using the formula and approach needed to support your desired result, whether that means root coverage, gray coverage, all-over color, color refresh, or vivid creative color. Every choice is customized around your hair, your goals, and your maintenance plan.
After your color is complete, we’ll finish your service with either a blow dry or haircut package depending on what you booked. Before you leave, your stylist will talk through recommended products, at-home care, and when to schedule your next color appointment.

If you know you want a color refresh but are not sure what to book, you are in the right place. Our team can help you choose the best Color Package based on your current hair, desired result, maintenance routine, budget, and how much change you want.
For gray coverage or root maintenance, a Color Retouch may be perfect. For a full shade refresh, All Over Color may be the right fit. For vivid creative color or a bigger shade change, your stylist may recommend Fashion Color or a consultation before booking.
If you want fresh highlights placed close to the scalp with a toner, book Highlight/Toner. If you want depth, brightness, and a more blended multi-tonal result, choose Dimensional Color, and if you want balayage, babylights, teasylights, ombré, or lived-in lightness, book Custom Lightening.
Highlight/Toner is designed for traditional highlights placed up to the scalp with a custom toner to refine the finished shade. Custom Lightening includes advanced techniques like balayage, babylights, teasylights, ombré, and technical blonding for a softer or more customized result.
Sometimes. If your hair is dark, previously colored, fragile, very long, very thick, or you are hoping for a major transformation, your stylist may recommend multiple appointments to protect your hair and work toward your goal safely.

Maintenance depends on your placement, tone, and desired brightness. Traditional highlights are often maintained every 6–8 weeks, while lived-in blonding, balayage, and softer lightening placements may allow for a longer grow-out between appointments.
Yes. Select blonding and lightening services are available through Posh’s Master’s Academy training program at a reduced rate. Academy appointments may take more time and are a great option for guests who want value while supporting growing stylists.
